The title says it all, we are beach bums...........yesterday we spent the day on Fenwick Island State Beach as we have for so many Sundays summer after summer........yet our thoughts kept drifting away from the mass of umbrellas, fishing poles, beach chairs and PEOPLE........day dreaming of Playa Zancudo.
The picture above is Playa Zancudo looking north towards the mouth of the Rio Coto river and the jungle above Golfito......we have walked this beach many morning in solitude with only the sounds of the jungle and sea. It is our driving force for our journey.
It seems our time here at the farm has been dragging along, lately. We continue to be on task with the downsizing of our life...... Turning off your cell phones is not as easy as you think...... Have you read your contract lately! And really, giving up our Dodge Megacab for 2 bicycles ain't going to be easy either.......I feel a sore bottom coming on.......well, we still have 170 days left to toughen that area up. Pura Vida
